摘要
为了减少DHI综合录井仪传感器现场布线和设备维护成本、提高信号传输的可靠性,根据用户需求,对DHI多总线传感器采集系统进行CAN总线传感器采集系统升级。通过对DHI录井系统研究,结合现场用户使用习惯,采用WITS接口方式输入传感器工程值方案,设计和开发了基于CAN总线传感器采集系统软件,与DHI系统进行配接。经现场录井作业应用,系统能够满足现场作业要求,提升了DHI综合录井仪勘探服务质量。
In order to reduce the cost of on-site wiring and equipment maintenance of the DHI mud logging sensors,and improve the reliability of signal transmission,the DHI multi-bus sensor acquisition system is upgraded according to users′needs.Based on the analysis of the DHI mud logging system,combined with on-site users′habits,the WITS interface is used to input the sensor engineering value scheme,the CAN bus sensor acquisition system software is designed and developed,which is connected to the DHI system.After the application of on-site logging operations,it can meet the requirements of on-site operations and improve the exploration service quality of the DHI comprehensive mud logging tool.
