摘要
焊接是最早采用物理模拟技术进行研究的热加工领域。焊接热循环曲线不仅是焊接物理模拟的基础和主要内容,也是预测和评定应力应变条件下焊接接头性能的基础。基于DSI公司Gleeble 3系列热-力学模拟试验机中配备的焊接热模拟软件,对实测的和经典的焊接热循环计算公式进行了深入的探讨。通过焊接热循环计算分析的实例,总结了不同数学模型对焊接热循环特征参数的控制,为实际焊接工艺物理模拟选择适合的计算公式提供了参考。
In hot working field,physical simulation was first applied to welding.Thermal cycle curves are not only the base and main content of welding simulation,but also the base for predicting and evaluating properties of welded joints under different stress and strain conditions.Based on the heat affected zone programming software equipped in Gleeeble 3 series system,actual measured and classic calculated formula of welding thermal cycle were discussed.The control of different calculated model to characteristic parameters of welding thermal cycle was summarized by the example of welding thermal cycle calculation,which serves as reference for the physical simulation of actual welding procedure.
