摘要
采用三种不同的理论计算方法计算了钢丝增强复合管在室温下的短期爆破强度,并对钢丝增强复合管在不同温度下的爆破强度进行了测试,同时分析了其失效模式。结果表明不同的理论计算方法得到的结果与试验结果差别较大,用网络理论计算的短期爆破强度结果与实测结果最接近。钢丝增强复合管的爆破强度随着温度的升高而降低,其破坏模式主要为竖直破坏和鼓胀,在60~65℃附近发生失效模式的转变,温度越高,鼓胀现象越明显。
The short term burst pressure of steel wire reinforced composite pipe(SRCP)at room temperature was calculated by three different theoretical calculation methods.The short term burst pressure of SRCP at different temperatures was tested,and its failure modes were analyzed.The results indicate that the difference between the calculated results and tested results from theoretical calculation methods is significant,and the value of short term burst pressure calculated by the network theory is the closest to the tested result.The short term burst pressure of SRCP decreases with the increasing temperature,and the failure modes are straight broken and bulge,and are changed around 60 to 65℃.The bulge is more obvious with higher temperature.
