电针对老年抑郁症患者认知功能的影响研究

Study on the effect of electro-acupuncture on cognitive function of elderly patients with depression

目的探讨电针对老年抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2019年1~9月老年抑郁症患者56例,随机分成两组,每组各28例,均治疗8周,对照组采用氟西汀治疗,研究组采用电针治疗。在治疗前、治疗4周末、治疗8周末分别对两组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、简易智能精神状态检查表(MMSE)评估,观察比较其中的变化。结果两组患者治疗4、8周末,研究组的HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗4、8周末,研究组的Rpe评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05),Cc、Rc、Ra评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗4、8周末,研究组的MMSE评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.43%(27/28),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为71.43%(20/28),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论电针治疗能够促进患者认知功能的改善,有利于患者的治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture on cognitive function in elderly patients with depression.Methods 56 elderly patients with depression treated in our hospital from January to September 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group,and all were treated for 8 weeks.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the study group was treated with electroacupuncture.Before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),and Mini-Mental State Checklist(MMSE),and the changes were observed and compared.Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the perseverative responses errors(Rpe)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),categories completed(Cc)score,correct responses(Rc)score,responses answer(Ra)score were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the study group was 96.43%(27/28),which was higher than 71.43%(20/28)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture treatment can promote the improvement of patients’cognitive function,which is beneficial to the treatment of patients with depression.
