桃红四物汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂水平的调节作用

The regulatory effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on the level of blood lipid in atherosclerotic rats

目的探讨桃红四物汤对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂水平的调节作用。方法高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立AS大鼠模型,造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组,桃红四物汤低、中、高剂量组(1.68、8.4、16.8g/kg),另外设立对照组,仅给予基础饲料喂养,每组10只,连续灌胃给药5周,试剂盒法检测各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C含量显著升高(P <0.01),HDL-C含量降低(P <0.01);与模型组比较,桃红四物汤低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C含量降低(P <0.01),桃红四物汤低中、高剂量组HDL-C含量升高(P <0.01)。结论桃红四物汤能够显著降低AS大鼠血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on blood lipid levels in atherosclerotic(AS)rats.Methods SD rats were fed with high-fat diet to establish AS rat model.Rats that were successfully modeled were randomly divided into the model group,the low-dosage Taohong Siwu decoction group,the medium-dosage Taohong Siwu decoction group and the high-dosage Taohong Siwu decoction group(1.68,8.4,16.8 g/kg),and a control group was given only basic feed,with 10 rats in each group,and the rats were given repeated intragastric administration for 5 weeks.The kit method was used to detect the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content in the serum of rats in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the serum TC,TG and LDL-C content in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the content of HDL-C decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the model group,the serum TC,TG,LDL-C content of rats in low,middle,high and high dose groups decreased(P<0.01),and the content of HDL-C increased in low,medium and high-dosage Taohong Siwu decoction groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can significantly reduce the blood lipid level of AS rats.
