多学科团队诊疗模式在新建综合医院肿瘤临床教学中的作用探讨 被引量:9

摘要 随着国家医疗卫生事业的发展,各地新建综合医院不断涌现。新建综合医院存在青年医师比重较高、中层医师队伍不足、教学病例资料库有限等问题。多学科团队(MDT)诊疗模式有助于推动恶性肿瘤的规范化诊治,将MDT诊疗模式应用于肿瘤临床教学可以充分调动住院医师学习积极性及责任感,有助于住院医师增加对相应病种的学习与认识、增加相关疾病的诊治技巧,在新建综合医院肿瘤教学中的作用尤为突出。本文结合复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院将MDT诊疗模式应用于肿瘤临床教学的相关经验,总结汇总提炼,以期对新建综合医院肿瘤临床教学提供参考。 With the development of national medical and health services,newly built general hospitals are constantly emerging in various regions of China.In the newly built general hospitals,there are many problems such as the high proportion of young doctors,the shortage of middle-level doctors,and the limited database of teaching cases.Multidisciplinary team(MDT)diagnosis and treatment mode is helpful in promoting the standardized diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.The application of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode to tumor clinical teaching can fully mobilize resident doctors’enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for learning,help them promote their learning on and understanding of corresponding diseases,and increase their skills in the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.It plays a particularly prominent role in the tumor teaching of newly built general hospitals.Based on the relevant experience of applying MDT diagnosis and treatment mode to tumor clinical teaching in Xiamen Branch,Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University,this paper summarized and refined it in order to provide a reference for tumor clinical teaching of newly built general hospitals.
