天麻素胶囊联合针灸对成人癫痫患者认知功能及生活质量的影响

The effect of gastrodin capsule combined with acupuncture on cognitive function and quality of life of the adult patients with epilepsy

目的探讨天麻素胶囊联合针灸对成人癫痫患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院于2017年1月~2019年6月接受癫痫病治疗的120例成人患者,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组实施日常抗癫痫疗法,研究组则是基于对照组进行天麻素联合针灸医治,分析比较两组患者神经心理量表评分及生活质量量表评分。结果两组治疗后神经心理量表评分及生活质量评分均提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者神经心理量表得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者的生活质量得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论癫痫患者的认知功能和生活质量可以通过神经心理和生活质量来衡量,天麻素联合针灸治疗可进一步改善患者认知功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of gastrodin capsule combined with acupuncture on cognitive function and quality of life of the adult patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 120 adult patients with epilepsy admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine antiepileptic treatment,while the study group received the therapy of gastrodin combined with acupuncture on the basis of what the control group received.The scores of neuropsychological scale and the scores of quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of neuropsychological scale and the scores of quality of life of both the two groups were improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of neuropsychological scale of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination through neuropsychological scale and quality of life scale can promote the understanding of cognitive function and quality of life of the patients with epilepsy.The therapy of gastrodin combined with acupuncture can further ameliorate the patients’cognitive function and improve their quality of life.
