子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后护理中需要层次护理的实施效果探讨

Investigation on the implementation efficacy of hierarchical nursing of needs in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing myomectomy

目的探讨子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后护理中需要层次护理的实施效果。方法选取102例2017年10月~2019年5月在我院治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,所有患者均行子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予需要层次护理,观察并比较两组患者自我护理评分、舒适度评分及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者各项自我护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后两组舒适度评分比较,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者对护理的总满意度(96.08%)高于对照组(80.39%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后给予需要层次护理,能够有效提高患者自我护理的能力及术后舒适度,还能提高护理服务质量,使患者对护理服务的满意度提升,护理效果显著,有较高的推广价值。

Objective To investigate the implementation efficacy of hierarchical nursing of needs in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods From October 2017 to May 2019,102 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital were selected.All patients were treated with myomectomy.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=51).Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given hierarchical nursing of needs based on the control group.Self-nursing scores,comfort scores and satisfaction with nursing work were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-nursing abilities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After the operation,the comfort scores of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(80.39%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with hysteromyoma who have undergone myomectomy are given the hierarchical nursing of needs after operation.It can effectively improve their self-nursing abilities and postoperative comfort scores,and also improve the quality of nursing services,so as to improve their satisfaction with nursing services.The nursing efficacy is remarkable,and it has high promotion value.
