肺癌化疗患者护理中舒适护理模式的临床效果分析

Analysis on the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing mode in nursing patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析探讨舒适护理模式在肺癌化疗患者护理中的临床效果。方法将我院2016年1月~2019年1月接诊的90例肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照双盲随机原则分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例,研究组接受舒适护理,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组患者护理后不良反应发生情况、生活质量评分及护理前后肿瘤标志物。结果护理后研究组的不良反应总发生率为11.11%,对照组不良反应总发生率为35.56%,研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ^2=7.516,P <0.05);护理后研究组的生活质量中的5个功能尺度(躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能以及角色功能)评分高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者血清肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对肺癌化疗患者施以舒适护理可以有效地降低并发症和化疗后肿瘤标志物水平,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing mode in nursing patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)according to the principle of double-blind randomization.The study group was given comfortable nursing and the control group was given routine nursing,and then the adverse reactions,life quality scores and tumor markers before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.11%,while that in the control group was 35.56%.The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(χ^2=7.516,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of five functional scales(physical function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function and role function)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum tumor markers level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy can effectively reduce the complications and the tumor markers level after chemotherapy,and improve the life quality of patients.
