电大办学转型实践已经开展多年。电大教师在电大转型发展中,以终身教育理念作为指南,迅速投入到电大办学转型升级中,积极主动作出角色跟进,适时进行角色调适,科学认识自身的角色变化特征,从教育者视角、管理者视角、服务者视角等方面找准定位,勇担重任,助力电大转型发展。

The transformation practice of TVU has been carried out for many years.In the transformation and development of TVU,teachers should take the concept of lifelong education as a guide,quickly put themselves into the transformation and upgrading of TVU,actively follow up their roles,timely adjust their roles,scientifically understand their own role change characteristics,identify their positioning from the perspective of educators,managers and service providers,bravely shoulder the heavy responsibilities,and help the transformation and development of RTVU.
