摘要
为缓解石材资源短缺问题,将建筑垃圾进行资源化利用,分别选取砖混结构建筑垃圾处置后产生的再生砖石、框架结构及混凝土工程拆除的建筑垃圾处置后产生的再生碎石这两种再生骨料进行技术指标研究。为验证再生骨料无机结合料修建的路面基层具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,设计了几组不同配合比的石灰粉煤灰稳定再生材料、水泥稳定再生材料,对其力学性能、抗冻性能以及抗冲刷性能等路用性能进行评价,得出石灰∶粉煤灰∶再生砖石=7∶13∶80的配合比并外掺1%水泥,以及5.0%水泥剂量水泥稳定再生砖石的综合路用性能较好。
In order to alleviate the shortage of stone resources and make use of construction waste,the recycled brick and frame structure generated by brick-concrete structure construction waste and the recycled gravel produced by concrete structures after being dismantled are selected for technical study.In order to verify that the pavement base built by recycled aggregate inorganic mixture has sufficient strength,stiffness and stability,several groups of lime fly ash stable recycled materials with different mix ratios are designed.The mechanical properties,frost resistance and scour resistance of cement stable recycled materials are evaluated.It is concluded that the mixture ratio of lime:fly ash:recycled brick=7∶13∶80,and the comprehensive road performance of 5.0%cement dosage is better than that of 1%cement and cement stabilized recycled brick.
