摘要
以跨包茂高速大桥为项目载体,将BIM应用到转体桥桥梁设计—施工阶段,提升项目各参与方的沟通效率,打破项目干系人基于纸介质方式进行信息交流形成的"信息断层"和应用系统之间的"信息孤岛"问题,解决了转体桥模板施工、脚手架搭设、梁体试转和正式转时角度控制等重难点施工技术,为建设项目的技术实现以及风控措施提供了可靠依据。通过对基于跨包茂高速大桥的BIM落地性的分析评价,对基于BIM的精益化项目管理必须条件提出了要求,对项目管理精益化推进有一定的理论意义及实践价值。
The bridge across the Baotou-Maoming Expressway as the project carrier,the BIM technology is applied to the design and construction of the project in order to improve the communication efficiency of the various shareholders,break the"information fault"among the stakeholders in the form of paper media communication and the"information island"problem between the application system,solve the essential and tough issues such as construction of the rotation bridge formwork,installation of scaffolding,trial rotation of girder as well as control of angle when carrying out formal rotation,which has provided reliable basis for realization of construction and risk control measures.Through the analysis and evaluation of BIM’s practicability based on the bridge project across the Baotou-Maoming Expressway,the requirements for BIM based lean project management are put forward,which is of great significance and practical value to the lean project management.
