基于胜任能力的民航危险品接收业务一体化教学情境设计

摘要 以民航危险品接收业务为例,参考ICAO基于胜任能力的培训框架,围绕危险品接收工作流程设计了基于胜任能力的危险品接收业务教学情境,实施多种教学方法,将民航危险品接收工作任务需要的知识、技能、态度要求融入到具体的教学内容,提升学生的职业技能和素养,零距离对接危险货物收运工作岗位的要求。 Taking dangerous goods receiving business in civil aviation transportation as an example and referring to the training framework of ICAO based on competency,this paper designs a teaching situation of receiving dangerous goods based on competency according to its working process,implements a variety of teaching methods,integrates knowledge,skills and attitude required by this task into specific teaching contents so as to improve students'professional skills and quality and meet the post needs of receiving and transporting dangerous goods.
