河北省高职毕业生就业状况分析

Employment of Higher Vocational College Graduates in Hebei Province

借助“高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集与管理平台”,对河北省高职院校2019年毕业生数量、就业率、对口就业率、本经济区域就业率、自主创业比例这五项数据进行研究,分析了河北省高职院校毕业生就业状况,为省内各高职院校提高人才培养质量提供参考。

With the help of“data collection and management platform of talent training in higher vocational colleges”,this paper analyzes the number of graduates,employment rate,counterpart employment rate,employment rate in local economic region and proportion of business start-ups in Hebei higher vocational colleges in 2019.On this basis,it analyzes the employment of graduates in these colleges in Hebei province,which serves as guidance to improving students quality among higher vocational colleges provincially.
