欧洲高等教育区对推进“一带一路”教育行动升级版的启示

The Enlightenment of European Higher Education Area to the Upgraded Education Action Plan for the Belt and Road Initiative

欧洲高等教育区的建设和实践对促进区域内高等教育质量和竞争力,推动欧洲高等教育一体化、现代化,推进欧亚互联互通发挥了重要的作用,其成功得益于各成员国的共识、有效协商机制所形成的统一政策、广泛认可的标准和强有力的操作工具。“一带一路”教育行动是“一带一路”倡议的重要部分,自实施以来取得了丰硕的成果,但也面临问题和挑战,有必要参考欧洲高等教育区的做法及确立的标准,深化国际合作,积极推进我国与有关国家高等教育的互联互通,提升合作机制,构建“一带一路”教育共同体,为丰富“一带一路”倡议注入新活力,推进我国新时期教育对外开放提供新动力。

The construction and practice of the European Higher Education Area has played an important role in promoting the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the region,promoting the integration and modernization of European Higher Education and EU-Asia connectivity.Its success contributes to the consensus of member states,the unified policy formed by the effective consultation mechanism,widely recognized standards and effective operational tools.The Education Action Plan for the Belt and Road Initiative is an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative,and has achieved fruitful results since its implementation.From the perspective of the basic and leading role that education should play,it’s facing some problems and challenges in the process of transformation and upgrading during the new era.In light of the practice and standards established in the European Higher Education Area,it is necessary to deepen international cooperation,actively promote the connectivity between our country and the relevant countries,and enhance the cooperation mechanism.We should build a Belt and Road educational community to enrich the Belt and Road Initiative and provide impetus for China’s educational opening up in the new era.
