摘要
合作教育是培养高素质技术技能人才的有效途径。在提高教育质量的大背景下,研究如何解决合作教育质量保障体系碎片化问题具有重要意义。美国合作教育质量保障主体包括政府、协会、高校、社会评价机构,质量保障体系具有保障主体协同化、保障目标多元化、保障对象全局化、保障措施互补化的整体性治理特点,实现了保障效果全面化。借鉴美国经验,我国可运用整体性治理理念解决合作教育质量保障体系碎片化问题,实现合作教育目标。
Cooperative Education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality technical talents.In the context of improving educational quality,it is of great significance to study how to solve the fragmentation of cooperative education quality assurance system.The main body of cooperative education quality guarantee in USA includes the government,the association,the university and the social evaluation institution,the quality assurance system is characterized by the coordination of the main body of the guarantee,the diversification of the target of the guarantee,the globalization of the object of the guarantee and the complementarity of the guarantee measures.Drawing on the experience of the United States,China can solve the problem of fragmentation of cooperative education quality assurance system and realize the goal of cooperative education with the concept of holistic governance.
