摘要
为保障河流健康安全、生态稳定持续,促进区域高质量发展,结合辽河生态建设成果及周边区域发展定位,基于层次分析法和模糊评价法,研究构建了辽河“水资源-水质-生态-经济-社会”多因子控制指标体系,提出了适宜生态持续发展的控制指标值,为科学合理利用生态资源提供理论依据。
In this paper,the author,combining with the achievements in ecological construction in Liao River basin and the orientation for regional development around,in order to ensure the river health and safety,ecology stable and sustainable,and to promote regional high-quality development,based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,studied and established“water resources-water quality-ecology-economy-society”multi-factor control index system for Liao River basin,proposed the control index value suitable for sustainable development in ecology,and provided the theoretical basis for scientific and rational utilization of ecological resources.
