The work in earthwork filling is an important link in the construction of water projects,which remarkably impacts on the construction quality and safety stability of water projects.In this paper,the authors,taking the training program implementing in flood control training ground in Jiangsu Province as an example,presented in detail the construction process and the key technical points about earthwork filling,and the experiences can be provided for certain reference for similar projects including the earthwork filling program.
