日本对伪满出版业的一元化控制及政治话语宣传

Japan's Unified Control over the Puppet Manchukuo’s Publishing and Political Discourse Propaganda

日本将伪满洲国视为其“总体战”体制的海外试炼场,不断使伪满“国防国家”化。在此过程中,日本利用伪满《出版法》塑造了出版业的基本秩序,并对伪满出版业的最高管理机构、报刊时事情报来源、记者身份获取方式、图书出版发行机构、文艺家与文艺杂志进行一元化控制。为统合民众,并进行战争动员,“民族协和”、“王道乐土”、“战时增产”、“鬼畜英美”成为日本利用伪满出版业宣传的核心政治话语。伪满出版业沦为日本在伪满实施“国民精神动员”,开展“文化总体战”的宣传工具。

Japan regarded the puppet Manchukuo as an oversea test ground of its"TotalWar"system,and constantly made the puppet Manchukuo"Kokuboukotka".In this process,Japan used the Publishing Law of the Puppet Manchukuo to shape the basic order of the publishing.Japan also exercised unified control over the top management agency of the Puppet Manchukuo publishing,the times sources of newspapers and magazines,the methods of obtaining of reporter status,book publishing and distribution agencies,artists and literary magazines.To unite the people and mobilize for war,there were many core political discourses propagated by Japan using the Puppet Manchurian publishing,such as"national harmony""joyful land ruled by virtue""increasing yield in wartime""ghost animal America and Britain".The publishing of the Puppet Manchukuo became a propaganda tool for Japan to implement the"National Spirit Mobilization"and launch the"Cultural Total War"in the Puppet Manchukuo.
