The integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry helps to optimize the industrial structure of Qiqihar City,enhance the competitiveness of cultural and tourism enterprises and improve the popularity of Qiqihar.Qiqihar should rely on the regional cultural brand and its own unique characteristics to deeply integrate the development of cultural industry and tourism industry.This paper discusses the necessity of the integrated development of Qiqihar's cultural industry and tourism industry.We discuss the integrated development mode of cultural industry and tourism industry in Qiqihar city from the aspects of improving agricultural cultural tourism,industrial cultural tourism and characteristic small-town tourism.We also provide advices from the perspectives of how to fully use the Qiqihar crane culture brand,the natural advantages of ice and snow,how to explore the products integrated both culture and tourism,and how to improve the quality of services.
