中医特色护理在腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Conservative Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见病、多发病,主要有保守治疗和手术治疗两种方式,其中保守治疗具有中医特色护治的独特优势而被广大患者所接受.论文综述中药熏蒸、热敷、定向透药及中医情志与饮食护理等在LDH中的应用研究,浅析其优势和不足,旨在为进一步科学实施中医特色护理,最大程度地发挥其在LDH护理工作中的特色和优势.

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common and frequent occurring clinical disease,mainly including conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Conservative treatment has the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and is accepted by a large number of patients.This paper introduces the application research of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,hot application,directed penetration and traditional Chinese medicine emotion and diet nursing in LDH,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,aiming at providing certain reference and help for further scientific implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and giving full play to its characteristics and advantages in LDH nursing work.
