摘要
对天水师范学院体育教育专业两个平行班的学生进行攻防教学对比,结果显示,攻防教学在武术课堂中的应用体现了武术的精髓实质,顺应了武术的发展规律,提高了学生学习的兴趣,增强了学生对武术文化内涵深层次的理解,丰富了武术学习的内容,促使学生更快掌握和记忆武术动作,有利于提高学生武术理论知识与技能水平,切实达到为中小学培养合格体育教师的目的.
This paper compares the offensive and defensive teaching of two parallel classes of physical education major in Tianshui Normal University.The results showed that:the application of the offensive and defensive teaching in martial arts class embodies the essence of the martial arts,conforms to the development law of martial arts,improves the students'interest in learning,enhances the students'understanding of the cultural connotation of martial arts,and enriches the content of martial arts learning.These are conducive to students'faster grasp and memory of martial arts movements,so as to improve students'martial arts theoretical knowledge and skills,and effectively achieve the goal of training qualified physical education teachers for primary and secondary schools.
