基于新冠疫情防控常态化的中小学教育教学管理信息化建设

Informatization Construction of Teaching Management in Primary and Secondary Schools Based on Preventing and Controlling Normalization of the Corona Virus

基于新冠疫情防控期间“停课不停学”,中小学开展在线教学工作的现状,通过多家教育教学、研究机构在全国进行线上教学情况问卷调查和数据分析,提出在“互联网+教育”快速发展的新形势下,中小学教育教学管理信息化建设应朝着网络化、智能化的方向发展,升级改造信息化基础设施,共建信息平台,共享教育资源,加快信息化人才培养,实现教育教学的信息化的安全管理.

Based on the novel coronavirus pneumonia preventing and controlling policy of"Classes Suspended but Learning Continue"and the current situation of online teaching in primary and secondary schools,through questionnaire survey and data analysis of online teaching in many educational teaching and research institutions,it is proposed that under the new situation of"Internet plus education",the informationization of primary and secondary school education and teaching management should develop towards the direction of networking and intellectualization.Only by upgrading and improving the information infrastructure,building information platform and educational resources,and speeding up the training of informatization talents,can we realize the safety management of curriculum and teaching,teachers and students and informatization.
