定西市中药材种植面临的瓶颈与对策分析

Analysis on the Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Planting in Dingxi City

以甘肃省定西市为例,分析了中药材种植面临的瓶颈:新型职业农民缺乏,种子和种苗繁育技术落后,中药材种植业机械化程度低,中药材种植重产量轻质量.并提出相应的发展策略:加强新型职业农民的培养,增加科研投入,加强中药材种植技术培训与指导,完善中药材种植保险和灾害救济制度.不仅对中药材种植地区经济发展具有推动效应,而且对于确保贫困地区按期高质量完成脱贫攻坚任务和实现乡村振兴也有非常重要的现实意义.

Taking Dingxi City of Gansu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks of traditional Chinese medicine planting:the lack of new professional farmers,the backward seed and seedling breeding technology,the low degree of mechanization of Chinese medicine planting industry,and the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine pays more attention to output than quality.The corresponding development strategies are put forward:strengthening the training of new professional farmers,increasing scientific research investment,strengthening the training and guidance of Chinese medicine planting technology,and improving the insurance and disaster relief system for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine.This study not only has a promoting effect on the economic development of Chinese herbal medicine planting areas,but also has a very important practical significance to ensure that the poverty-stricken areas complete the task of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization with high quality on schedule.
