摘要
为深入了解宁夏入境旅游客源市场,运用地位指数法、亲景度和满意度方法对宁夏2007—2019年入境旅游、客源市场和游客满意度进行了研究。结果表明,宁夏入境旅游业发展快速,旅游外汇收入不断增加,但区域间发展不平衡,差异比较明显;宁夏各市的地位指数差异较大,但差异值正在缩小;2007—2019年宁夏入境客源国数量虽然在不断增加,但强亲景客源市场较少,宁夏旅游资源对疏景客源市场的吸引力较弱,入境旅游市场竞争力也较弱;宁夏入境旅游游客满意度较高,以满意和较满意为主,入境游客对宁夏的整体印象处于较满意的水平;指标满意度排名前三的有餐饮、综合印象和游览,满意度最低的为娱乐,说明宁夏的休闲娱乐旅游发展还比较薄弱,不能满足入境旅游者的需求,未来需加大宁夏休闲娱乐设施的建设,改善休闲旅游环境。
This paper studies the inbound tourism,tourist market and tourist satisfaction of Ningxia from 2007 to 2019 by using the position index method,pro-scene theory and satisfaction method.The results show that the foreign exchange income of tourism is increasing in Ningxia with the rapid development of inbound tourism,but the regions is unbalanced and the difference is still obvious.The status index of each city in Ningxia is quite different,but the difference value is narrowing.From 2007 to 2019,the number of inbound tourists increased continuously,but the strong pro scenic tourist market is less,which has less attraction to the sparse tourist market,and lacks strong competitiveness in the inbound tourism market.The satisfaction of inbound tourists in Ningxia is higher.The overall impression of inbound tourists on Ningxia is at a relatively satisfactory level.The top three indicators of satisfaction are catering,comprehensive impression and tourism,and the lowest one is entertainment,showing that the development of leisure and entertainment tourism in Ningxia is still weak and can’t meet the needs of inbound tourists,so it is necessary to pay attention to the construction and improvement of leisure and entertainment facilities in Ningxia in the later stage.
