摘要
宁夏南部山区海子流域水土流失问题严重,为了改善水土流失问题,同时挖掘可利用水资源的潜力,提出了截流缓释生态工程的概念。截流缓释生态工程是一项水土保持治理沟道的新技术,属于生物谷坊的一种,截流缓释生态工程总体是由反滤料和植被带构成,生物措施和工程措施相结合。根据设计要求,截流缓释生态工程能否发挥预期效益主要与土工织物的选择、树种的选择、植物栽植等有关。通过建设这种具有“滞洪、拦泥、排清”的截流缓释生态工程,运用科学合理的方法对工程进行规划,使其形成综合体系,实现分段滞洪、分段拦泥、缓慢排水,增加沟道基流量的同时,提高水资源的利用率。截流缓释生态工程具有造价低廉、施工方便快捷、效益显著等优势,适合在宁夏南部山区以及西北微小流域地区修筑,具有很好的推广和应用价值。
The problem of soil and water loss in Haizi basin of Southern Ningxia is serious.In order to improve the problem of soil erosion and tap the potential of available water resources,the concept of the river closure and slow release ecological engineering is proposed,which is a new technology and belongs to a kind of biological check dam.The ecological engineering of the river closure and slow release is composed of filter material and vegetation belt,and the biological measures and engineering measures are also combined.According to the design requirements,the expected benefits of the river closure and slow release ecological engineering mainly depend on the selection of geotextiles,tree species and plant planting.Through the construction of this kind of ecological engineering with“flood detention,mud retention and drainage”,the project is planned with scientific and reasonable methods to form a comprehensive system,so as to realize sectional flood detention,sectional mud retaining and slow drainage,which will increase the flow of channel foundation and improve the utilization rate of water resources.With the advantages of the low cost,convenient construction and remarkable benefit,the ecological project of the river closure and slow release is suitable for construction in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia and the northwest small watershed area,which also has a good promotion and application value.
