小泉村农房病害成因与防治

Causes and Control of Rural Houses Problem in Xiaoquan Village

针对宁夏红寺堡小泉村农房地基不均匀沉降,墙体开裂、潮湿,墙面泛碱和墙皮脱落等农房病害问题,结合当地气候和水文地质、工程地质条件,详细分析了农房病害的成因,提出了相应的防治对策。分析认为填土厚度不均、压实度不够是小泉村农房地基不均匀沉降和墙体开裂的主要原因,墙体裂缝应根据裂缝性质和规模采取相应的处理措施。墙体潮湿、墙面泛碱和墙皮脱落等病害严重是墙体缺失防潮层、地下水位上升、地下水盐碱含量高、墙体毛细作用强烈和气候干燥、寒冷等因素综合作用的结果,在墙体内施作防潮层是最根本,且经济、有效的处置措施。此外,小泉村农房建设缺乏设计或设计不周、缺乏施工指导也是该村农房产生病害的重要原因,应重视农房设计和施工,防病害于未然。

Aiming at the problem of rural house in Xiaoquan village,Hongsibao,Ningxia,such as the uneven settlement of the foundation,the cracking,dampness,efflorescence and falling off of the wallcombined with the local climate,the causes of these problems are analyzed in detail according to the hydrogeology and engineering geological conditionsand the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward.The results show that the uneven thickness of the fill and the insufficient degree of compaction are the main reasons for the uneven settlement of the foundation and the cracking of the wall.The corresponding treatment measures should be taken according to the nature and scale of the cracks.The serious problems of the wall,such as dampness,efflorescence and falling off,are the result of the lack of dampproof layer,the rise of groundwater level,the high salt and alkali content of groundwater,the strong capillary action of the wall and the dry and cold climate.The dampproof layer in the wall is the most fundamental,economic and effective treatment measures.In addition,the lack of design or poor design of Xiaoquan village’s rural houses construction without construction guidance,is also an important reason for rural houses.More attention should be paid to the design and construction of rural house to prevent the above problems.The results of this study is useful as reference in the rural house problems controlment.
