宁夏沿黄生态经济带高质量发展评价研究

Evaluation Research in the Yellow River Ecological Economic Zone Under High Quality Development

为给沿黄生态经济带的高质量发展政策实施提供参考依据,以宁夏沿黄生态经济带10个县(区)为例,构建适宜的高质量发展评价指标体系,采用综合指数法与主成分分析法确定研究区2019年高质量发展现状与空间分异特征,并对研究结果进行排序,同时探讨影响研究区高质量发展的主要因素。结果表明,宁夏沿黄生态经济带高质量发展整体水平不高,大致呈现中部、东北部、西南部依次递减的区域非均衡态势;沿黄生态经济带各县(区)高质量发展主要分为3个梯度;影响研究区高质量发展的主要成分为协调发展子系统。

In order to provide the reference to the Yellow River ecological economic zone,taking the 10 counties in Yellow River ecological economic zone in Ningxia as example,the high quality development evaluation system is established,the spatial differentiation characteristics of the study area in 2019 is analyzed by using the comprehensive index method and principal component analysis method.The corresponding results are ranked and the effect factors on high quality development are discussed.The results show that the quality of development of the Yellow River ecological economic zone is not high and unbalance.The quality decreased from the middle area,east-north area to the west area.The main factor that affects the high quality development is the coordinated development subsystem.
