夏热地区被动式居住建筑围护结构传热系数分析 被引量:1

摘要 合理的被动式居住建筑围护结构设计,有利于建筑节能及降低工程造价。本文根据夏热地区相关气候条件,研究了夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区被动式居住建筑屋顶、外墙、地下室采暖与非采暖隔墙及不采暖地下室顶板等围护结构传热系数适用范围。以上海、重庆、广州及海口四个城市分别作为夏热冬冷及夏热冬暖地区计算对象,通过采暖需求、制冷需求及总一次能源需求的计算对比分析,结果发现由外墙传热系数引起的冷热需求影响较大,地下室采暖与非采暖隔墙及不采暖地下室顶板传热系数引起的冷热需求影响较小,并确定了外墙及屋顶传热系数适用范围趋于0.2-0.35W/(m^2·k)之间。综合各围护结构传热系数等因素,以期为夏热地区被动式居住建筑围护结构设计提供一定的参考借鉴。 Reasonable envelope design of Passive Housing is conducive to save building energy and reduce project cost.According to the relevant climatic conditions in hot summer areas,this paper studies the applicable range of heat transfer coefficient of envelope structures such as roof,exterior wall,basement heating and non-heating partition wall and non-heating basement roof in hot summer and cold winter areas as well as hot summer and warm winter areas.Taking Shanghai,Chongqing,Guangzhou and Haikou as the calculation objects of hot summer and cold winter areas as well as hot summer and warm winter areas respectively,through the calculation and analysis of heating demand,cooling demand and total primary energy demand,it is found that the cooling and heating demand caused by the external wall heat transfer coefficient is greater than that caused by the heat transfer coefficient of basement heating,the cooling and heating demand caused by the non-heating partition wall and non-heating basement roof is relatively small,and the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall and roof tends to be 0.2~0.35 W/(m^2·K).In order to provide some reference for Passive Housing envelope design in hot summer area,the factors such as heat transfer coefficient of each envelope are considered.
