摘要 被动房是高效节能建筑,同时也是高度舒适性建筑,可以满足人们对室内环境日益增长的更加健康、更加舒适的需求。气密性是整个被动房室内环境得以维持的关键,是被动房非常低的热需求和新风系统的功能保障。高气密性可以减少围护结构外冷热风渗透,减小室内温度受外界温度干扰,从而降低建筑能耗。本文通过对被动房在气密性设计、施工,以及在使用过程时的注意事项分析,从而明确建筑建筑气密性正确、妥善的处理措施,确保气密性能够在被动房中发挥其至关重要的作用。 Passive Housing is an energy-saving building with high efficiency and high comfortability,which can meet people’s growing demand for more healthy and comfortable indoor environment.Air tightness is the key to maintain the indoor environment of the whole Passive Housing,which is the functional guarantee for very low heat demand and the fresh air system of the Passive Housing.High air tightness can reduce the penetration of cold and hot air outside the enclosure structure,reduce the indoor temperature interference by the external temperature,and reduce the building energy consumption.In this paper,through the analysis of the air tightness design,construction and matters needing attention in the use process of the Passive Housing,so as to make clear the correct and proper treatment measures of building air tightness,and ensure that the air tightness of the building can play a vital role in the Passive Housing.
