摘要
目的了解全科规培生对规培现状的满意度情况,探究全科规培改进途径。方法针对深圳市三所全科规培基地规培生进行访谈和问卷调查。结果全科规培生对规培现状的综合满意度评分为(3.88±0.45),维度得分排序为学习环境类>基地建设类>课程设计类,总分为5分。“性别”“学制”“是否有2年学生干部经历”对问卷部分项目的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论上述结果提示我们在学习环境、基地建设、课程设计等方面要有重点有层次的改进,同时应注意学生优秀人格特质的培育。
Objective To understand the status quo of the standardized training of general practitioners and explore the ways to improve the standardized training of general practitioners.Methods The students of general practice standardization training in three general practice training bases in Shenzhen were investigated using interviews and questionnaires.The collected data were analyzed.Results The comprehensive satisfaction score of the students in the standardized training of general medicine was(3.88±0.45).Dimension scores were ranked as learning environment>base construction>curriculum design,the total score is 5 points.There were significant differences in"gender"the academic structure"and"whether there are 2 years of class committee experience on the satisfaction of some items in the questionnaire.Conclusions These results suggest that we should improve the learning environment,base construction,curriculum design at different levels,and pay attention to the cultivation of students'excellent personality traits.
