摘要 目的探索“一对一”导师制及考核体系在“5+3”一体化人才培养模式实习阶段应用的效果。方法研究对象为2012级、2013级各60名临床医学“5+3”一体化本科五年级实习医师。2012级为对照组,实习阶段采用传统实习培养模式。2013级为研究组,实习阶段进行教学改革,采用“一对一”导师制并建立管理考核体系。两组实习轮转科室相同,通过两组学生出科考核成绩及调查问卷结果进行效果评价。结果研究组出科考核各项成绩、调查问卷评分及学生满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实习医师“一对一”导师制及考核体系有助于“5+3”一体化卓越医学人才的培养,有助于优秀临床教师的培养。 Objective To explore the effect of the"one-to-one"tutor system and assessment system in the internship stage of the"5+3"integrated talent training model.Method The study subjects were 60"5+3"interns in each of Grade 2012 and Grade 2013.Grade 2012 is the control group,and the traditional practice training mode was adopted in the internship stage.Grade 2013 is the research group,teaching reform is carried out in the internship stage,and the"one-to-one"tutorial system is adopted and the management assessment system is established.The rotation departments are the same in both groups.The effect evaluation was performed by the two groups of students'assessment results and the results of the questionnaire.Results The research group's various examination results,questionnaire scores,and student satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"one-to-one"tutorial system and assessment system of interns are helpful to the cultivation of"5+3"integrated excellent medical talents and excellent clinical teachers.
