摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在ICU护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月于我院ICU实习的100名实习护士作为研究对象,随机将其分为PDCA循环法带教小组与普通带教小组,普通带教小组应用传统带教方法,PDCA循环法带教小组应用PDCA循环教学法,对比两组实习护士的护理带教效果。结果PDCA循环法带教小组实习护士的ICU重症监护护理理论知识、ICU重症监护护理技术、设备应用技能以及文书写作能力得分均要明显比普通带教小组高(P<0.05);PDCA循环法带教小组实习护士护理带教满意度是96.00%,普通带教小组是82.00%,PDCA循环法带教小组满意度要显著比普通带教小组高(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环教学法在ICU临床护理带教中具有显著应用效果,可明显提高护理带教质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in nursing practice teaching of ICU.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,one hundred trainee nurses who practiced in ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:PDCA circular teaching group and ordinary teaching group.The traditional teaching method was used in the ordinary teaching group,and the PDCA circular teaching method was applied in the PDCA circular teaching group.The nursing teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of PDCA intensive care nursing theory knowledge,ICU intensive care nursing technology,equipment application skills and document writing ability of the trainee nurses in the ICU cycle teaching group were significantly higher than those in the ordinary teaching group(P<0.05).The nursing teaching satisfaction of the trainee nurses in the PDCA cycle teaching group was 96.00%,while that in the ordinary teaching group was 82.00%.The satisfaction of the ordinary teaching group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation teaching method has a significant application effect in clinical nursing teaching of ICU,and can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching.
