睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼的疗效观察

Observation on Meibomian Gland Massage Treatment on Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Type Dry Eye

目的对于睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者采取睑板腺按摩治疗的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取医院2018年3月—2019年3月接诊的睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者88例开展分析,通过随机数字表法对所选睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者加以分组,给予其中44例睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者人工泪液进行治疗,作为对照组,给予剩余44例睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者睑板腺按摩治疗,作为研究组,对比两组睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者的临床疗效。结果两组睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者接受不同治疗方案之后临床总体有效率对比差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中针对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者,为其提供睑板腺按摩治疗效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of meibomian gland massage in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye who were admitted to our hospital were selected for analysis.The patients with selected meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye syndrome were randomly selected.In group,44 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye were treated with artificial tears.As a control group,the remaining 44 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye gland massage were treated as study group.Clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye syndrome.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the overall clinical effective rate between the two groups of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye after receiving different treatment options(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical patients with dry eye syndrome of meibomian gland dysfunction,it is ideal for the treatment of meibomian gland massage.
