中医综合护理对慢性心力衰竭的应用效果分析

目的探讨相对于常规护理方法,采取中医综合护理的方式对于慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果。方法将本院2018年6月—2019年2月的80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分组每组例数40。西医护理组对于慢性心力衰竭患者予以传统的西医心理护理、改善心功能药物用药护理等,中医综合护理组对本次来我院的慢性心力衰竭患者除了上述的西医护理,加入中医综合护理。比较两组心力衰竭纠正率;慢性心力衰竭发病机制的认知、慢性心力衰竭治疗方法认知;护理前后左心室射血分数、心钠素;护理满意率。结果中医综合护理组心力衰竭纠正率、左心室射血分数、心钠素、慢性心力衰竭发病机制的认知、慢性心力衰竭治疗方法认知、护理满意率对比西医护理组有优势(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规护理方法,采取中医综合护理的方式对于慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果更好,可更好提高患者认知和改善心功能,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From June 2018 to February 2019,80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly grouped into 40 cases.The Western medicine nursing group gives traditional Western medicine psychological care to patients with chronic heart failure,and improves the use of drugs for cardiac function.The Chinese medicine integrated nursing group joins the Chinese medicine integrated nursing for patients with chronic heart failure who come to our hospital in addition to the above-mentioned Western medicine nursing.The correction rate of heart failure was compared between two groups.The cognition of the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure and the cognition of the treatment method of chronic heart failure;Left ventricle ejection fraction,atrial natriuretic before and after nursing;Nursing satisfaction rate.Results The rate of heart failure correction,left ventricle ejection fraction,atrial natriuretic,the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure,the cognition of chronic heart failure treatment method,and the nursing satisfaction rate were superior to that of Western medicine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing methods,the comprehensive nursing method of traditional Chinese medicine has better effect on patients with chronic heart failure,which can improve their cognition,heart function and satisfaction.
