Thoughts on the regulation and protection for the Pearl River estuary

在系统梳理珠江河口面临的新形势、新问题基础上,围绕建设“安全、生态、美丽”珠江河口愿景目标,聚焦防洪、防潮、水生态、供水等方面的突出问题,提出三角洲防洪体系整体安全评估、防潮工程体系完善、内河涌水生态修复、河口水生态空间管控以及极端年份抑咸等治理和管理建议。

Based on the vision of constructing a secure,ecological and beautiful estuary,this paper systematizes the new situation and challenges of the Pearl River estuary,focuses on flood-tide control,aquatic ecology,water supply and other outstanding issues,and offers management suggestions,such as the security assessment of flood control system for estuarine delta,system perfection of tide control project,aquatic ecological restoration of inland flows,space control of estuarine ecology,saltwater inhibition in climatic extreme years.
