骨干教师工作坊初中英语教学关键问题实践研究 被引量:1

A Practical Study on the Key Issues of Junior High English Teaching in Backbone Teachers’Workshop

摘要 基于本区57所学校英语教研组调查数据,针对集体研讨确立的初中英语听力、口语、阅读、写作教学中的33个教学关键问题,笔者组织开展了为期两年的骨干教师工作坊实践研究。通过“集体研讨+自主研修、主题研究课+集体观课反思、专家主题讲座+集体研讨”学、研、训、用相结合的研修路径,发现工作坊研修促进了骨干教师教学理论与实践以及教学研究能力的提升,同时促进了学校英语教研组和本区2016、2017新任教师的专业成长。 Based on the survey data of the English teaching and research groups of 57 schools in the local region,the author organized and carried out a two-year practical study of backbone teachers’workshop,aiming at 33 key teaching issues in junior high English teaching in terms of listening,speaking,reading and writing.Through“group discussion+independent study,thematic research class teaching+collective observation and reflections of class,expert topic lectures+collective discussion”,combining learning,researching,training and application together,the study of this workshop has increased not only backbone teachers’knowledge of teaching theory and practice but also their ability to teach and research,and simultaneously promoted the professional growth of the school’s English teaching and research groups as well as the novice teachers in 2016 and 2017 in this region.
