摘要
“雇主-家政工”关系具有不同于“主-仆”关系和“雇主-产业工人”关系的特殊性,其中家政工并非无力、被动而消极的个体。雇主和家政工在家政服务劳动过程中分别具有着“工具理性”或“价值理性”两种行为逻辑。“工具理性”和“价值理性”的博弈,使“雇主-家政工”关系呈现“情感平衡型关系”“情感压抑型关系”“机械工具型关系”“资源汲取型关系”这四种类型。家政服务工作也为“雇主-家政工”关系中家政工主体性的塑造提供了诸多机会。在“工具理性”与“价值理性”的博弈中,家政工的主体性引导了“雇主-家政工”关系的发展方向,使实践中的“雇主-家政工”关系表现出流动性。
The“employer-domestic worker”relationship is different from the“master-servant”relationship and the“employer-industrial worker”relationship.The domestic worker is not a weak,passive individual.Based on the cognitive positioning of domestic service work,the employer group and the domestic worker group form two behavior logics of“instrumental rationality”and“value rationality”.The game of“instrumental rationality”and“value rationality”makes the“employer-domestic worker”relationship present four types:“emotional balance relationship”,“emotional repressive relationship”,“mechanical tool relationship”and“resource extraction relationship”.Domestic service work also provides many opportunities for the production and shaping of the subjectivity of domestic workers in the“employer-domestic worker”relationship.In the game of“instrumental rationality”and“value rationality”,the subjectivity of domestic workers guides the direction of the development of the“employer-domestic worker”relationship,and the“employer-domestic worker”relationship in practice shows dynamic characteristics.
