技术技能人才培养体系研究

Research on Training System of Technical Skill Talents

技术技能人才是我国人才强国战略的重要组成部分。基于国家职业教育技术技能人才培养的方针战略,针对技术技能人才培养不系统、社会认可度低、生源质量相对较差的现状,围绕技术技能人才培养的课程普及、院校建设、学历建设、招生考试、技能比赛等内容,提出了以“技术技能高考”“技术技能博士”等为标志的技术技能人才培养的新思路,构建了技术技能人才培养的整体框架和体系。

Technical talents are an important part of China's strategy of strengthening the country by talents.Based on the national strategy of vocational education and technical personnel training,aiming at the current situation of unsystematic technical personnel training,poor social recognition,and relatively weak student source quality,the curriculum popularization,college construction,academic construction,and enrollment around technical personnel training Examinations,skill competitions,etc,put forward new ideas for the cultivation of technical skill talents marked by“Technical Skills College Entrance Examination”,“Technical Skills Doctor”,etc.Constructed the overall framework and system of technical skills training.Some specific examples are listed to demonstrate the practicability,feasibility,and prospectiveness of the technical skill personnel training system.And put forward the need to continue to improve the technical skills training system for further research and exploration.
