摘要
中国高速铁路得到了迅猛发展,复兴号高速列车成为国家的靓丽名片。中国高速列车面对广域服役与持续高速运行的挑战,在走行部技术、车体技术、牵引制动与网络技术等方面实现了技术突破,打造了谱系化高速列车精品工程;高速列车耦合大系统动力学理论提出,大系统耦合计算方法的创新和高速列车数字化仿真平台的建设,有力支撑了中国高铁的创新发展;世界上试验速度最高的机车车辆滚动振动试验台和获得Thomas Hawksley金奖的弓网混合模拟试验台等一批高速列车基础研究实验平台的建成,在高速列车动力学性能优化起到不可替代作用;世界上首创的高速列车运营跟踪试验研究,揭示了高速列车长期服役的动力学性能演变规律,为高速列车动力学的再优化和安全评估提供了科学依据。数字化仿真平台、基础研究实验平台和服役性能研究实验平台构建成高速列车动力学性能全寿命周期研究体系,它的实践与应用,保证了中国高速列车高平稳安全运行。
High-speed rail has been developed rapidly in China.Fuxing high-speed train is now a proud business card of the country.China's high-speed train effort faced many challenges including wide-area service and continuous operation at high-speed.Despite these difficulties,China has achieved significant breakthroughs in bogie technology,car body technology,traction and braking technology,and network technology.Advancement in these areas led the creation of progressively superior genealogical of high-speed trains.In the process,a brand new theory on dynamics of coupled system in high-speed railways is gradually established.New system coupling calculation method and the invention of manufacturing technology aided by digital simulation platform are instrumental in the innovative development of China's high-speed railway system.The establishment of a batch of high-speed train basic research experimental platforms,such as the rolling-vibration test rig of rolling stock with the highest test speed in the world and the pantograph-catenary hybrid simulation test rig which won the Thomas Hawksley Gold Award,plays an irreplaceable role in the optimization of high-speed dynamics performance.The operation tracking tests research of high-speed train for the first time in the world reveals the evolution of the train's dynamic performance in long-term service,and provides a scientific basis for the revolution of high-speed train dynamics and safety assessment.The digital simulation platform,basic research experimental platform and the service performance research experimental platform are constructed as a full life cycle research system of high-speed train dynamic performance.Its practice and application ensure the fast and safe operation of high-speed trains in China.
