高校党建工作与人才培养融合机制研究

目前高校党建工作在人才培养中的引领作用以及基层党支部战斗堡垒作用发挥不够,党建工作与人才培养存在相互脱节的现象。从牢牢把握党对高校意识形态主导权的现实需要等方面分析高校党建工作与人才培养相互融合的内在逻辑,提出构建党建工作在人才培养中的思想政治引领机制等实践路径,建立高校党建工作与人才培养融合机制,使高校党建工作与人才培养同频共振,实现高校党建工作成效和人才培养质量双提升。

At present,the leading role of university party building in talent training is barely sufficient;the fighting fort role of the.base-level Party branch is not adequate;the party building work and talent training are disconnected with each other.By firmly grasping the realistic need of ideological dominance of party building in universities,this paper analyzes the integration of party building and talent training in universities,and puts forward the building of the party in leading mechanism of talent training in ideo-logical and political practice path as well as the fusion mechanism of talents cultivation,so as to make the leading role of party build-ing bring into full play in university talent training,to make the university party building in accordance with the talent cultivation,and to realize the advancement in the university party building work and talent training quality.
