Influence of New Immigrants in Shenzhen on Urban Development and Its Countermeasures

深圳是一个新兴移民城市,也是近年来接受外来人口数量最多的城市。深圳新移民类型多样,其中以智力型、资本型和劳力型居多。对当前深圳城市新移民群体在工作、生存发展、安居乐业、户籍制度等问题进行探讨与分析,提出政府、社会、社区应该协力合作,努力解决好当前深圳新移民群体面临的问题,共同促进他们发展,引导他们更好地融入城市,从而进一步助推深圳先行示范区的建设。

This paper discusses and analyzes the current problems of Shenzhen city’s new immigrant groups in terms of work,sur-vival and development,living and working in peace and contentment,and household registration system,and proposes that the gov-ernment,society,and community should work together to solve the current problems faced by Shenzhen’s new immigrant groups,jointly promote their development,and guide them to better integrate into the city,thus further boosting the construction of Shenz-hen’s leading demonstration area.
