摘要 在“互联网+教育”的时代,学习支持服务渗透到大学英语课程的设计、开发、发送和落实等各个过程,并已成为线上学习的重要保障。为进一步提高大学英语教学的效能,实现个性化学习和个性化教学的开展,有效完成大学英语培养目标,以SPOC的大学英语教学模式为基础,对英语学习支持服务的内容与价值进行了分析,提出了“导学、学习方式、学习设施、学习管理服务和促学”的学习支持服务五因子,并结合教学实践,构建了基于SPOC的英语学习支持服务策略。这有利于向学习者提供在线和面对面的技术、资源、活动、管理、评价等支持服务,提高英语学习效能,为满足学习者的个性化需求提供良好的支持服务。 In the era of "Internet+Education",Learning Support Services permeate the design,development,delivery and learning of English curricula at universities,and step by step,have become an important guarantee for online learning.In order to further improve the efficacy of college English education,realize personalized learning and teaching,and effectively achieve the goals of university English training,this paper analyzes the content and value of English Learning Support Services based on the SPOC(Small Private Online Course) college English teaching model,proposes five factors of learning support services of "guided learning,learning methods,learning facilities,learning management services and promoting learning",and combines teaching practices to construct the SPOC-based English Learning Support Services Strategy.In conclusion,SPOC is conductive to provide students with adequate backing technology,resources,activities,management and evaluation,both onlin and offline.Therefore,we can improve the effectiveness of English learning,and offer excellent support services to meet the individual needs of learners.
