在高校立足立德树人的战略性任务背景下,着力解决为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、如何培养人这三个问题。夯实大学生的教育主体地位,不断提高大学生的思想道德素质和科学文化素质,传承和发展中国传统文化,抵制不良思潮的渗透,引导大学生投身于社会主义现代化建设中。高校需要将课堂教学和社会实践相结合,从丰富教学内容改进教学模式,培养意见领袖,创新教育方法等方面入手,把立德树人融入课堂教学和社会实践中,实现大学生全面发展。

Under the background of the strategic task of cultivating people with moral integrity,colleges and universities should in-tegrate the cultivation of people with moral integrity into the education of socialist core values,consolidate the status of students as the main body of education,constantly improve their ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,inherit and devel-op Chinese traditional culture,and resist the infiltration of bad ideas.Colleges and universities need to combine classroom teaching with social practice,enrich teaching content,improve teaching mode,train opinion leaders,innovative education methods and so on,in order to solve the problem of what kind of person to train and how to train people.
