我国西北地区文旅产业扶贫的可持续发展问题研究——以黄河上游甘、宁、青三省(区)为例

A Study on the Sustainable Development of Poverty Alleviation in Cultural Tourism Industry in Northwest of China--One-take Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai Provinces in the Upper Reaches of the Yellow River as an Example

我国西北地区文化旅游资源丰富,但由于经济发展水平有限且人们认识不足,这些资源长期以来没有得到有效开发和利用。同时,西北地区尚有部分深度贫困区,脱贫攻坚任务十分艰巨。文旅产业扶贫为西北地区开辟了产业扶贫的新路,扶贫效果显著。要保证西北地区脱贫效果的可持续性,就要大力推动文旅产业的可持续发展,拓宽发展思路,清除其发展障碍,走高质量发展之路。在推进文旅产业发展过程中,要逐步建立起完善的文旅产业综合评价体系,从而进一步有效引导文旅产业的高质量发展。

Northwest of China is rich in cultural tourism resources,but because of the limited level of economic development and people's insufficient awareness,these resources have not been effectively developed and utilized for a long time.At the same time,there are still some deep poverty areas in the northwest of China,the task of poverty alleviation is very arduous.The development of cultural tourism industry has opened up a new road of poverty alleviation in industry for the northwest of China and has a remarkable effect on poverty alleviation.In order to ensure the sustainability of the effect of poverty alleviation in Northwest of China,it is necessary to promote the sustainable development of the cultural tourism industry,broaden the thinking of development,remove the obstacles to its development,and take the road of high-quality development.In the process of promoting the development of cultural tourism industry,it is necessary to gradually establish a comprehensive evaluation system of cultural tourism industry,so as to further effectively guide the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry.
