系统思维下供应链金融的风险评估

Assessment of Supply Chain Financial Risk Under Systematic Thinking

供应链金融本质上是一个开放性复杂系统,其风险水平主要取决于资金的自偿性,因此,以单一主体的风险诱因作为分类标准的传统金融风险管理理论并不能适应供应链金融。在复杂系统思维下,供应链金融风险源自参与主体、结构关系和外部环境三个层面,分别对应供应链参与主体风险、供应链系统风险,以及宏观风险和行业风险。其中,参与主体层面的主要风险种类是信用风险;结构关系层面的供应链系统风险,源于供应链受内部或外部环境因素的影响而导致的运营状况不良,不属于金融风险的范畴,但是会导致金融风险。供应链系统风险可以进一步从网络结构、流程和要素三个维度展开分析。基于以上分类,本文构建了一个供应链金融的风险评估体系,并采用模糊层次综合评价法构建了供应链金融风险评价模型。

The supply chain finance is an open and complex system in essence,and its risk level mainly depends on the self-compensation of funds.Therefore,the traditional financial risk management theory,which takes the risk inducement of a single subject as the standard of classification,are not suitable to supply chain finance.In the complex systematic thinking,supply chain financial risks originate from participants,structural relations and external environment.Supply chain system risk can be further analyzed from the three dimensions of network structure,network process and network elements.Based on the classification mentioned,this paper builds a supply chain finance risk assessment system,and builds a supply chain finance risk assessment model by using comprehensive assessment method in a fuzzy level.
