摘要
美国"X一代"作家大卫·福斯特·华莱士在其后现代主义小说巨著《无尽的玩笑》中描绘了在人与非人之间界限日益模糊的后人类时代,人类如何能够通过建构起具有内在杂糅性以及同外在共生和共同演化性的新型后人文主义主体,从而得以摆脱人类主体性沦丧的危局,并成功地重寻自我,实现人与外在负责任的和谐共处。
American“Generation X”writer David Foster Wallace depicts the scenes of posthuman society in his postmodernist novel Infinite Jest and shows how a novel kind of human subjectivity featuring inner hybridity while having a relationship of symbiosis and co-evolution with the outer world could survive the subjectivity crisis in the posthuman era and successfully regain a selfhood that can take responsibility and realize harmonious coexistence with the environment.
