飞灰袋装化填埋处置工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 固化飞灰的摊铺式填埋作业易导致扬尘和刺激性气味,飞灰袋装化和吊装式填埋将逐渐成为主流,但是当前吊装工艺仍不成熟,填埋施工组织和运营管理较为粗放。通过吨袋飞灰现场吊装试验,分析不同工艺的吊装效率,发现标准挖机单次吊卸2袋时间最短(80 s/袋),长臂挖机吊装时间可达103 s/袋,但作业半径更大(>15 m),可以解决多高程填埋和远距离吊装问题。结合上海老港飞灰填埋库区的现场条件,提出袋装化的分区、分单元填埋方案;基于数据库理论,定义“飞灰进场车辆”“飞灰填埋单元”“吊装挖机”实体和相关属性,通过填埋登记进行关联,构建了飞灰填埋数据化管理的物理模型,有助于实现飞灰填埋场高效、精细管理和最终的环保追溯。 As spreading landfill operation of solidified fly ash was prone to generate dust and pungent smell,fly ash bagged and lifted landfill would become the mainstream.However,the current lifted craft was still immature and the organization and operation management of landfill construction were relatively extensive.Through the field lifted test of ton bagged fly ash,the lifting efficiency of different technology were analyzed.It was found that using standard excavators to lift two bags per time was the most efficient(80 seconds per bag),the lifting time could up to 103 seconds per bag when using long-arm excavators,but with a bigger operating radius(more than 15 meters),which could solve the problems of multi-elevation landfill and long-distance lifting.Subsequently,combined with the site conditions of Shanghai Laogang fly ash landfill site,the scheme of subdivision and subunit landfill was put forward.Based on database theory,the entities and association attributes of fly ash approach vehicle,fly ash landfill unit and lifting excavator were defined.Correlated through a landfill registry,a physical model for data management of fly ash landfill was established,which could help to achieve high efficiency,fine management and ultimate environmental traceability of fly ash landfill.
