随着汽车产业发展,铝合金轮毂得到广泛使用,其生产加工过程中的污染问题尚缺乏系统分析和研究。为有效防控污染,保护企业生产环境和保障人员健康安全,结合典型铝合金轮毂企业生产加工工艺和监管实践,剖析各类污染因素产生来源和组成情况,进而研究提出针对性的污染防治和管控对策。为顺应生态文明建设要求,贯彻绿色发展的新发展理念,围绕源头管控治理、产业链绿色发展、智能化水平提升等,多角度思考提出铝合金轮毂产业绿色发展相关对策。

With the rapid development of the automotive industry,aluminum alloy wheels have been widely used.However,there is no public system analysis and research on the pollution problem in the production and processing process.In order to effectively prevent and control pollution,protect the production environment of the enterprise and ensure the health and safety of personnel,combined with the production and processing technology and supervision practice of typical aluminum alloy wheel enterprises,analyze the sources and composition of various pollution factors,and then study and propose targeted pollution prevention and control measures.In order to comply with the requirements of ecological civilization construction,carry out the new development concept of green development,combined with source control and governance,green development of industry chain,improvement of intelligent level,relevant countermeasures via multi-angle thinking for green development of aluminum alloy wheel industry were put forward.
