摘要 前防撞横梁是汽车正面碰撞MPDB工况的重要吸能部件,对碰撞安全性能起到至关重要的作用。为研究前防撞横梁对正面碰撞MPDB工况的影响,以某款车型的前防撞横梁为例,对其材料、截面、厚度等参量进行了仿真优化分析。系统研究了前防撞横梁的变形、塑性应变,以及壁障SD、OLC、壁障击穿和综合扣分等相关内容,以取得最优的设计策略。根据仿真分析结果,总结了相应的优化设计方案,为新款车型MPDB碰撞安全性能设计提供了参考依据。 The front anti-collision beam is an important energy absorbing component in MPDB condition of vehicle frontal impact, which plays an important role in crash safety. In order to study the influence of the front anti-collision beam on the MPDB working condition of frontal crash, the material, section, thickness and other parameters of the front anti-collision beam of a certain vehicle are simulated and optimized. The deformation, plastic strain, barrier SD, OLC, barrier breakdown and comprehensive deduction are systematically studied to obtain the optimal design strategy. According to the simulation results,the corresponding optimization design scheme is summarized, which provides a reference for the design of MPDB crash safety performance of new model.
